Most of the people may not familier with this fact. In this article I try to make little familier with this. Please read this article carefully, and do share as much as we can. This is the fact that most know every Nepali.

The name Nepal has its ancient history. Nepal is the name which is recorded at the time of Vedic Age. Acording to the history of Nepal, the mejority of people lived here is hindu and this is the world's last Hindu monaricy. This is the birth place of Siddhartha Gautama who is well known as Gautam Budha. He born in Lumbini, Nepal. Like wise, Sita, daughter of king Janak born in Janakpur. 

Nepal is the world first country where never had major religious conflict. Besides of Hindu their lived other minorities like Tibetan Buddists, Muslims, Kiratans, Christians, Tharus, Bhotes, Magar, Tamangs etc. Nepal army are fear free army popularly known as Gurkhas. They earn reputation in world war I and world war II. Nepal is started uniting from 18th century by Prithvi Narayan shah. Nepal was lead by Shah dynasty nearly 240 years. Gyanendra Shah was the last king of Nepal.

Nepal is one country among the world who never colonized. Nepal stay with its unique identity due to the brave solider and their traditional tricky war strategy. But later on Nepal become an ally of the British Empire after the claver Sugauli Sandhi held in 1816.

In the previous time Nepal had multiparty democracy system and this system was in Nepal from 1951 to 1960. At that time government was ruled by panchayat system. But this system was destroid in 1990 and King Birendra started parliamentary government system. Nepal face maoist insurgency for a decade long. After king Birendra and his all family were killed, Gyanendra become the last king of Nepal.
