Hetauda: Capital of 3 no. Province

To make Hetauda as a capital of three number province, Strong logic by Dhruba Prasad Chaulagain and interview has taken by Rupa Gurung at Makawanpur FM.

Question: What is the base for making Hetauda as the capital of 3 number province??

Answer: Hetauda is already the headquater of Central Development Reason of Nepal.Here we have 19 regional offices and 3 central offices. Hetauda is the junction root for all of highway road and subways. Hetauda is connected to Kathmandu by many roads. Some of the current running roads are, Hetauda-Naranghad-Muglin-Kathmandu. Hetuda-Bhaise-Daman-Palung-Kathmandu. Hetuada-Bhaise-Bhimphedi-Pharping-Kathmandu. Hetauda-Bhaise-Bhimphedi-sisneri-Dakshinkali-Kathmandu.Running road project is going on like Kantirajpath, Hetauda-Kathmandu through Bhimphedi Tunnel, Fast track etc. It has lots of land to develop as capital and it can hold more people when comparing to others. It is must suitable for almost all people belongs from 3 number province.

Question: Do you have support of all political parties.

Answer: Everyone is linked to some parties but this is not the issue of one party. To make hetauda as a capital of 3 no province, we have support of all parties. It is not only my wish but it is the desire of all people belongs from Makawanpur. Makawanpure People will not always be silent. If our given rights are again taken back without any fact reason then, we have to do some action. for that reason we have made one group of people Named "Jana Dabab Samuha" and friends request me to handle this group  and I am doing so. Be sure that all parties and people support us in this case.

Question: Is it enough to have 19 regional and 3 central offices to make capital of 3 no. province?

Answer: No! This is not only the reason, but when you visit Hetauda, Harnamadi, CHuriya, Hatia-Rangasala, Chhatiwan, Phaparbari you will have a lot of lands and all offices can occupy at one place. No need to capture, or give "MUAABJA" to people. These are Totally free of cost. Not only land but it is linked with all highway road and subway. We can reach Kathmandu through fast track with in a hour. From Tunnel we can reach with in 55 minute. Daman-palung 5 hour. Sisneri 4 hour, Pharping 4 hour, Muglin 6 hour. Now Dharan-Chatara linked Hetauda with Dharke, Gajuri and make short distance for Ramechhap, Sinduli, Rasuwa.  So Hetauda is best city for connectivity. Hetauda have never drinking water problem. Hetauda is peace and cleanest city of Nepal which is linked with birjunj, The main way to export and import to India. We can show an example to other province by developing here because it has probability to develop. There is no option than Hetauda. Around Kathmandu is impossible, Because to make capital around Kathmandu is nothing but making the city as unsuitable for human resistance. Then option goes to Nuwakot and Banepa. Both place have not enough resources to make capital. And these are the reason to be the capital of 3 no. province.

Question: People are telling, Hetauda in in aside of 3 no. province. How to answer to them?

Answer: In my opinion,this is not proper question, because when you see the location of Hetauda, technically and logically, you will feel Hetauda is not aside but is the center for all places. You may feel aside on map but when you come on field then you experience like central among all cities of 3 number province. More over; almost all the task are done at local level. so people seldom have to come capital to get their work. Yes! it is true that some of the leaders feel aside. because they have to secure their central as well as regional political carrier. When you take an example of developed country in the world, we find their capital state is aside of their country so that they can do must of the development there. Consider, Bharat-New Delhi, Portugal-Lisbon, America-Washington-DC, Pakistan-Islambat. So when we are taking some critical step regarding to our nation, we must have to consult to the scholar, wisdom and person related to that field.

Capital is not the place to sell oil, potato, tomato to  the people by making exact center to all people. This effects on future, so that all related subjects and matter must be discussed by the specific and related person.
