Hetauda is actually not the temporary capital of province 3 and it has not written any where as   Hetauda is a temporary capital of province 3.

Shifting capital from Hetauda to other place will rise the question to other province which may disturb the development of nation.  Because this time is not for unhealthy debate.

Hetauda is not aside for other district of province 3 and suitable with sufficient resources having its own physical infrastructure.

Hetauda is main junction for all roads and transaction root.  It touches Kathmandu with many. Via fast track only 76 km, Via Daman Tribhuvan Highway 132km, Via Narayanghadh 224km and  via Kanti Lokpath 78Km. Tunnel road is the most priority  of province 3 which distance only 55km and can reach Kathmandu within a hour.

Hetauda is reach of natural resources. sufficient land, water, roads are the key feature of Hetauda. It is already the headquarter of central region of Nepal. It is selected the capital of province 3 twice in history. 

Hetauda is the right place for fastest development and to make example for other province also. Not only that, but we can minimize the pollution of Kathmandu after making capital of province 3.

If other place beside of Hetauda has resources then, let make capital there but consult with specific person, scholar and wisdom. It is not the place to sell the fundamental things to the people by making exact center map of province.
