MOPHSAL GAIJATRA 2077, Hetauda

Gaigatra 2077 has been lunched from Hetauda, Bagmati province. Udaya Chaulagain lunched gaijatra 2077 with titled "hi hi hi Sarkar". Chaulagain said, "I have been continuously bringing "gai jatra " since 2075 from Hetauda. It is to change the tradition of keeping everything centered in capital of Nepal. This gai jatra koseli my generate the massage to the people that mophsal can also publish these type of materials." 

Gai gatra 2077, hi hi hi Sarkar is the third gaijatre koseli for Nepali from hetauda which is poblished on Youtube channel "Hetauda Serophero." He wants to point out the weakness so that upcoming version would be the more informatics, energetic and ironic.
